Refund Policy
Our goal is for you to be fully satisfied with our products. If your item is defective or not as described, please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected]. We will offer a replacement or refund to resolve the issue.
Please note that failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information or recipient unavailability, as well as lost items in unsecured delivery areas (as confirmed by the carrier) will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, orders refused at delivery cannot be refunded.
Dissatisfaction with product sizing or colors will not qualify for returns or refunds. Be sure to review the sizing chart provided on our product pages or in your order confirmation within 12 hours after your purchase.
Our return window lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, refunds or exchanges are not available. Please note that credit card transaction fees are non-refundable.
Return Policy
Due to hygiene standards and the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds unless there is a major issue with your item. These issues include:
- The product significantly differs from the description or sample shown.
- The item is incorrect.
Please be aware that our products are custom-made and may have slight variations from images due to lighting or display settings. Any substantial discrepancies will be addressed by offering a replacement or refund.
Contact our Customer Support team to initiate a return. Be prepared to provide your order number, photos or videos of the issue, your delivery address, and a contact number. Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or denied. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.
If you return an item without contacting us first, and it does not meet our return criteria, no refund will be issued. We also do not offer refunds or exchanges for items purchased during sales or promotions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellations and Changes
If you change your mind about your order, contact us as soon as possible, including your order number and the change you’d like to make. You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once your order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled or changed.
Lost Orders
In the event your order is declared lost by the shipping carrier, we will either send a replacement at no cost or offer a full refund.
Returns Eligibility
You may return your item if:
- The printed image is unclear or off-center.
- The product you received is not what you ordered.
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong size, color, or style.
- Other mistakes occurred on our part.
If your product meets these conditions, contact us with photos of the issue and your order number. We will verify the problem and arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds Process
If your item qualifies for a refund (see return conditions), we will process the refund within five business days. Refunds are issued to the same method of payment used at checkout. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
We ensure all items undergo quality control before shipping, but if your product is incorrect or damaged, please contact us with photos and your order number. We will verify the issue and send you a replacement.
Note: Please consult our size guide before ordering, as we cannot be responsible for sizing errors if the order matches the specifications. If we send the wrong size, we will follow the policies outlined above.
